MEMPHIS TN (IFS) -- In the music news industry, it's great that several news organizations will get behind several products and let the general public know about new processes and publications that help the up and coming artists to get on their feet and pushed into the right direction.
On or about 2010, SDC RadioWorks purchased the "Indie Bible" from Mr. Herschel Kimel's company and to give it some recognition as a viable reference guide. SDC reviewed the book and placed it's limited cover pictures and paraphrased the most current parts of the book for easy reference and strongly encouraged its' readers to purchase the next current issues as it was worthy for its contents and directions.
However, on or about August 20, 2018, Mr. Kimel's organization decided that our endorsement of his book was not in their best interest and wrote us the following email letter threatening us with copyright violations and legal action.

The above link and any others you might have posted need to be removed from your website immediately before we take the appropriate legal action. You have until tomorrow (August 21st) at 5PM EST to take this down before we commence legal action.
